Rent Free Periods
Rent Free Periods of up to two months may be available for an owner/manager of a prospective company who has been unemployed for at least three months in the previous 12 months, or the prospective tenant was an occupant of one of the Council's Business Centres.
One month's Rent Free Period may be available for businesses currently trading from their residential address and this is their first commercial premises, for businesses that have been trading less than 12 months or who are employing more than three people on a permanent basis, working in the unit from their initial occupation of the unit.
